A Letter from the Administrator

Hello SLN friends and family!

We have been keeping busy here at SLN and the summer has flown by! September is here with the last days of summer and first days of fall and seen by many to be a very pleasant time of year. The weather is finally letting up from the heat with cooler nights – which we certainly appreciate. It’s the time of year to finish the year’s harvest and celebrate its bounty.

We also want to welcome our new Activities Director, Michaela Geis. She comes to us from Indiana and has a great month of events planned for our residents. We are excited to have her on board, so please join us in welcoming her to SLN family!

I’ll leave you with a great quote that seems appropriate for this time of year, “By all these lovely tokens September days are here, with the summer’s best of weather and autumn’s best of cheer.”
