Best of Kentucky Award!

Shady Lawn was recently honored with the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities “KAHCF” Best of Kentucky award! Kudos to the SLN team for helping make this happen. We are honored to receive and bring home the plaque for Cadiz/Trigg County!
